You agree to use Cobundle only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms. Any misuse, including uploading malicious PDFs or using AI-powered tools in ways that violate OpenAI’s policies, is strictly prohibited.

4. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of PDF files uploaded to Cobundle. However, by uploading files, you grant us the right to store and process them as necessary to provide our services. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies or applicable laws.

5. AI-Powered Services

Cobundle integrates AI services using Vertex AI by Google. You agree to comply with Vertex AI’s policies while using AI-powered tools on our platform. Cobundle is not responsible for any inaccuracies in responses generated by AI.

6. Fees and Payments

Cobundle reserves the right to introduce paid services or subscription plans. If applicable, you agree to pay any fees associated with your use of premium features.

7. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate your access to Cobundle at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in unauthorized activities.

8. Limitation of Liability
